Economics For Transfer

Economics is the study of how individuals and societies choose to use limited resources for production of goods and services and how they distribute them for current and future consumption. Economics is divided into two major areas: Macroeconomics and Microeconomics. Macroeconomics studies decision-making at the national level. Macroeconomics topics inlude gross domestic product, unemployment, inflation, and money and banking. Microeconomics studies decision-making at the individual household, business firm, and industry levels. Microeconomics topics include supply and deamand, theories of the film and consumer behaviors.

 

The Associate in Arts for Transfer (AA-T) is intended for students who plan to complete a bachelor's degree in a similar major at a CSU campus. Students completing this degree (AA-T) are guaranteed admission to the CSU system, but not to a particular campus or major.
